All ingredients used in each dish came from a McDonald's dish. Spice was the only item chefs could bring on their own. I hadn't eaten McDonald's in years, but it was interesting to see the chef's interpretation & creativity.
Three Bay Area chefs including Top Chef's Ryan Scott + Beverlie Terra + Sophina Uong came together to deconstruct ingredients used in McDonald's cuisine to create unexpected culinary creations. All for a great cause- Ronald McDonald House charity.
